Imphal, September 09, 2006: While exerting pressure on the Government and the Rajkhowa Commission to complete the inquiry into the Lungthulien rape case without any delay and fear, so that justice can served, Hmar Women Association (HWA) has categorically stated that continued denial of UNLF cadres’ involvement in the mass rape of innocent girls on January 19 night even after testimonies, primary and secondary evidences collected by the mandated people’s civil societies show moral corruption and loss of conscience in the outfit.
